1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers are allowed to cancel orders free of charge before the package is dispatched. Please send your cancellation request via email with your order number. We will confirm cancellation within 24 working hours.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, direct cancellation is not supported. You can receive the package and apply for return & refund following our Refund & Returns Policy. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded in this situation.
3. Customized Items
Any customized apparel orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. Please double-check all order information before completing payment.
4. Order Modification
If you need to adjust sizes, quantities or delivery address, please contact us immediately before shipment. Modification requests after dispatch will not be accepted.
