1. Return Eligibility
You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags intact. Worn, stained or damaged goods caused by customers cannot be accepted for return.
2. Return Procedure
Send us an email with your order number, product photos and return reason. We will review your application and provide return instructions within 2 working days. Do not send goods back without official confirmation.
3. Shipping Cost for Returns
If returns are caused by our mistakes: wrong size, wrong item or product quality defects, we bear return shipping cost. If you return goods due to personal preference, you are responsible for return delivery fees. Original delivery charge is non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Goods
Custom-made clothing, clearance sale items and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully check product descriptions before ordering.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect returned items, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment channel. The fund arrival time depends on your bank processing schedule.
